Santa Rosa SEO | Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to the questions business owners usually ask before hiring an SEO company in Santa Rosa, including pricing, timelines, contracts, local search, reporting and what the work actually involves.
SEO Pricing Questions
Price matters, but so do the terms around it. These answers explain how our current Santa Rosa SEO plans are structured and what is included.
How much does SEO cost with Cloudswiftt?
Our current SEO package is $499 per month. We also offer a 3-month plan for $1,400 and a 6-month plan for $2,800. The longer plans use the same core service but include a discount for paying for more time together.
You can see the full breakdown on our Santa Rosa SEO pricing page.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. The monthly plan does not require a long-term contract. The 3-month and 6-month options are simply discounted ways to buy the same core SEO service for a longer period.
Can I cancel my SEO plan?
Yes. We do not use an open-ended contract to keep clients locked in. If you are considering one of the prepaid plans and want to understand how cancellation works within that period, ask us before buying and we will explain the current terms clearly.
Is website redesign included in the SEO price?
A full website redesign is not included. Smaller CRO and design improvements can be handled when they are part of the SEO work, but a website that needs a major visual or structural rebuild would be quoted separately.
SEO Results & Timeline
SEO is not instant, and the same timeline does not apply to every website. The starting point, competition and amount of work needed all matter.
How long does SEO take to show results?
There is no fixed number that applies to every website. Some technical or on-page improvements can be made quickly, while competitive organic growth usually needs more time for search engines to crawl changes, reassess pages and respond to the work.
A newer site, a highly competitive market or a website with major technical problems can take longer than a site that already has a healthy foundation.
Why do you recommend the 6-month SEO plan?
Six months gives us more time to implement the work, collect meaningful search data and adjust the strategy based on what is happening. It does not guarantee a result by a certain date, but it gives the campaign more room than a short test period.
Can you guarantee a number-one Google ranking?
No. No SEO company controls Google's rankings. We can control the quality of the research, strategy and work we carry out, but we will not promise a position that ultimately belongs to a search engine we do not control.
How do I know whether the SEO is working?
We report on what we worked on, what changed, what the search data is showing and what we plan to focus on next. We also normally meet with clients each month so you are not left with a report you have to interpret on your own.
What Does Your SEO Service Include?
The service is broader than editing a few keywords. We work across the parts of the website and search presence that can affect visibility and conversion.
What do you actually do each month?
The exact work changes according to the website and what needs attention. It can include technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content work, Google Business Profile optimization, internal linking, CRO improvements, social media optimization and work aimed at improving how the business is understood by AI search systems.
We do not pretend every website needs the same checklist in the same order.
Do you create content as part of SEO?
Yes, content can be part of the campaign when the strategy needs it. That may mean improving existing pages, creating new service or supporting pages, or filling important gaps in what the site currently explains.
Do you do off-page SEO and link building?
Yes, off-page SEO is part of the core service. If a strategy calls for unusually expensive third-party placements or high-cost links, those costs are not automatically included in the standard plan and would be discussed separately.
Do you work on conversion rate optimization too?
Yes. Ranking is only useful if the page gives the visitor enough confidence to continue. We can make smaller CRO and design improvements as part of the SEO work when they are needed. A full website redesign is separate.
Do you optimize for AI search as well as Google?
Yes. Google remains a major source of search traffic, but discovery is also moving into AI-assisted search. We structure content and business information so it is clear for traditional search while also improving how the business can be understood across answer engines and LLM-driven search experiences.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
For businesses that rely on nearby customers, local search usually involves both the website and the business information Google uses to understand where and how you operate.
Can you help my business show up more often in Santa Rosa searches?
That is the goal of local SEO, but the work depends on what is holding the business back. We may need to improve the website, location relevance, Google Business Profile, local business information, citations, content or authority signals rather than relying on one tactic.
Do you manage Google Business Profiles?
Yes. Google Business Profile optimization is included in our SEO plans where it is relevant to the business. We work on the profile as part of the wider local search strategy rather than treating it as a separate marketing channel.
Do I need a physical office in Santa Rosa to do local SEO there?
Not every business operates from a customer-facing office, but the correct approach depends on how the business actually serves customers and what Google's guidelines allow. We do not recommend pretending a business has an address or office that does not genuinely exist.
Does my website matter for Google Maps visibility?
Yes. Your website and Google Business Profile should reinforce the same business, services and geographic relevance. Local visibility is stronger when those signals support each other rather than contradicting each other.
What Happens After You Become a Client?
The work starts with understanding the site and deciding what deserves attention first, not with handing you a generic package checklist.
Who creates my SEO strategy?
Sham, Cloudswiftt's CEO, personally reviews the website first and builds the initial strategy. He then reviews it with the team, adjusts it where needed and oversees how the work is carried out.
Who actually works on my campaign?
Cloudswiftt has a team of eight with different strengths across on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, design and CRO. The work is divided according to the area being handled rather than expecting one person to do every part of SEO equally well.
Can I speak directly with the CEO?
Yes. Clients can reach Sham through WhatsApp, email and scheduled meetings. There is normally a monthly strategy meeting, and additional communication can happen when it is needed.
What happens during the free SEO audit?
We review the website and send a short video showing the issues we can see, where there are gaps in the market, what the competition looks like and where there may be room to improve. The audit is free and there is no obligation to become a client afterwards.
